Due to the SB and AB's signed by Gov. Brown today, and the recent run up to the signing of these SB's and AB's, we are experiencing a surge in customer demand.
We want to get proactive with our clients, and letting them know that there are going to be experiencing longer than normal wait times at our shop by at least 15-20 minutes, since we have many customers transferring, PPT'ng, and purchasing firearms, so we want to give you all a heads up, so you can make sure that you pad your time schedule if you are coming to our shop.
Also, we would like to ask customers with transfers to allow us up to 24 hours to contact you after your package has arrived so that we can un-box them, inspect them, and record them into our books. Plus, we have about 25% of transfers coming in from dealers who forget to add the required paperwork we request from them prior to transferring, so please understand that we sometimes need a day or two to track down the transferring FFL dealer to send us the appropriate paperwork.
We understand you are excited to see your new firearm(s), and get the paperwork started, but please give us the time needed to get it ready.
We sometimes have customers calling us literally right after UPS or Fed Ex has dropped off the package wanting to come in and start paperwork, and we kindly ask to give us a little time to process your transfer and we will contact you.
Our goal is to help as many customers as efficiently and effectively as possible, and we ask for and appreciate your patience during these longer than normal wait times.
