Anyone have an in with Taurususa.com?

I was looking for a price quote to fix a little issue, but couldn't find and email address on the website.

Wow! Was that a reload or squib? I thought there is a life time warranty on Taurus firearms. My friend wore out his cylinder on his .357 and they fixed his free of charge after 20 years of hard use.

I read Taurus's warrantee and it Does Not cover operator error.
The back story on this piece is the operator didn't know the first round didn't make it out of the barrel and the second shot was an eye opener.
It's not mine, but I'm thinking about getting a better look at it in hand (depending on price)
I'll have to call Taurus and see if I can get an email address to send a picture and ask repair questions.

You have to send it them, overnight, then wait for them to send it back. They may, or may not repair it; you will find out when you open the box.

That's what happened to me with a PT99AF. They refused to put me through to the repair department, or to call me when the gun was there.

After a couple fruitless attempts, I decided I could not afford their lifetime warranty, the shipping was killing me.

            Just an FYI.
