Anyone running A Sig romeo X?

I have two. One on an optics cut P320 compact slide and one on a Legion optics cut slide for my P229. Both slides are running standard height X-Ray sights and since the Romeo X sits so low they co-witness well without having to use taller sights.
The optic seems solid. I set the reticle to just the dot, as opposed to the circle/dot. I have astigmatism. Even so with the dot only on a medium setting, I?m not seeing a fuzzy blob like I did when I had a 3.5 MOA Trijicon RMR.
The P320 is only a range gun. I?m new to optics so it is taking me longer to acquire the dot as opposed to irons. Accuracy wise I shoot both the P320 and P229 equally with the optics and irons out to 15 plus yards. That being the case, I?ll probably take the optic off of the P229 as I used to carry it before mounting the optic.Last edited by jayhuh; 03-20-2024, 6:53 AM. -
I have a Romeo-X Pro on my m18. Glass is blue as hell due to the notch filter. Window is taller but slimmer than my RMR. Window is smaller than my Leupold DPP in all directions. Window is smaller than the Romeo 1 Pro in all directions. I have yet to break it through shooting.
The Romeo-X Pro is the best option if you have an M18. The SCS 320 from Holosun is probably the best alternative. Things are different if you have a non-M18 P320 and a different footprint.
I have not used the Romeo-X Compact.Comment

I have the Pro on my M18 and Compact on my 365 and both are great. Like others have said, the ability to co-witness with regular sights is a big plus. Having the battery tray on the side is another plus as you don?t have to remove the red dot to change batteries.👍 1Comment

I am a holosun guy but the Romeo X is a great sight👍 1Comment

I personally think build quality is nicer, the integrated reads night sights are nice, especially with how low it sits you can co-witness with factory sights. I'm running it on my 365xl.👍 1Comment

I've tried the Sig Romeo X Compact in the shop and was very impressed overall! I was going to put one on my P365 but I want to compare it to the new closed emitter version of it first. - Richard
