I like it up there, been once so far. Seem to be a cool place, I turned my ears off during the rule reading sessions. Very Safe place to shoot at, RSO's are cool but cross them the wrong way and good bye! You'll have to fill out a form and you get a card stating you know the safety issues with shooting at a shooting range.

Be careful when changing your distance of shooting, if you have a 7 yard stand out and you decide to shoot 25 yards or further don;t forget to put down the 7 yard stand. They do not like you shooting at 2 stands at the same time

It's a nice range. I always feel creeped out though pulling into the rifle range and seeing the trap guys blasting up at you.

They are nice people. Didn't have a problem with my AK either, so they should be fine with other off list guns.

I always thought that was weird too. The rifle line is directly downrange from the trap range. I felt uneasy at first but its been there for years and they've never had a problem (according to RSO)

Oh - and OLL are definitely NOT an issue there.

I think it is a very nice range.....very safe. They don't relax on the rules at all. I wish they had more variety in the upper range, but they have what they have - 7 yard, 25 yard, 50 yard and 100 yard. If you want to punch holes in paper in a clean and safe environment - Livermore is a good place to go.

There is no issue with the trap range 1/4 mile or so and well below the upper range - at least none that I could imagine.

I don't like shooting at 100 over the berm. I prefer shady chabot.

No, its a terrible range and you won't like it, so please don't add to the long weekend waiting lines for a table. Vist the Chabot Range in Castro Valley instead.
