i voted for the FN SPR A1, but i bought the rem 7005R sku 85201
the 85201 has additional upgrades from the standard 5R.
it was $1300 for the rifle only. i added BO rings & base, HS bottom metal & mags (i know i should have went the PTG BM & AICS mags) and bushnell ET DMR 3.5-21x50.
    total is around $3500.

For factory configuration, I'd think the Tikka. However, I don't have experience with the CZs to comment. Personally, I do not like the Winchester trigger on the FNHs. Also, the Savage Accu-Trigger is rather unimpressive. Personally, I'd be looking for a rifle that can accomidate a trigger upgrade. The two triggers that I really like for an out of the box gun are on the Accuracy Internationals and Sako TRGs. I favor a good two-stage trigger, but that is my personal opinion.

All of them can be rebarreled if/when you want a better barrel. As I always say, there's never a free lunch. "Value" will come down to how each perceives the features you purchase.

That's as good of a reason as any. And sorry, I didn't see that you addressed it in your OP.

I voted Tikka. I have yet to hear a bad thing about one.

Tikka or the FN from your list but look at Kimber, Vanguard RC Varmint as well or the heavy barreled Howa. Don't fall for the heavy after market hype for the lesser rifle there's a lot of reasoning behind that market if you know what I mean.

Please explain how a Remington 5R milspec would be a lesser rifle than the Kimber, or Vanguard RC Varmint. If I were the OP, I'd get the Rem 5R, change to a Timney trigger, PTG bottom metal, a good bipod, rear bag and call it a day.

The others need no fixing and the 5R really? it ain't all that! but you'll argue that, It's kinda like Frog lube you love it or you despise it.

This post covers the custom rifle actions the best precision rifle shooters were using in 2014. The data is based on a survey of the top 50 shooters in the Precision Rifle Series (PRS). The PRS tracks how top competitors place in major rifle matches across the country. These are the major leagues of sniper-style ...

Actually, I just picked up a Defiance Deviant Tactical and a Bartlein 308 5R barrel, so I really could care less what the OP picks, just more curious why the Remington hate...

BTW, I'm a WipeOut, Kroil and TW-25B kinda guy. I have never tried Frog Lube.

I don't think there's anything wrong with them, I know they are good rifles and can be made very accurate and have tons of aftermarket support.

I just don't really want one. Like I said, I don't have a great reason, just don't really want it...
