It's CA legal.

But...
The Magnum Research Inc (MRI) Micro Desert Eagle is not on the CA DOJ approved list.
So, the only way a CA FFL dealer can transfer it is via Law Enforcement sale or private-party transfer or out-of-state intra-familial gift.

Like the others said, not on the list but legal to posses in CA or purchase through PPT.

For an on-list gun, I really like my Bersa Thunder .380.

Does your dad or granpa live outside the state? They can intra-family transfer you one if you like it so much.
