Edit: Picked a cerakote color scheme for Glock 43

Here is my Glock.. I has these red accents with a polished aluminum mag release(not pictured)

    The slide is currently
Sent out being machines for a red dot sight and other window machining(see 2nd photo)

So with the red and silver accents, what color scheme should I cerakote this gun. I was thinking of copying the 2nd photo with the red and black stripes on the slide but am not 100% sold on the battle worn white main color.

Any ideas to substitute the white battleworn that will go good with red black and silver?

this is kinda a personal preference. What colors do YOU like?

Also keep in mind that it really limits resale. I have seen some "custom" glocks with funky cerakote colors in the marketplace and they tend to be for sale longer than standard/typical colors.

With some different greens you could go for almost a treefrog look

Otherwise a titanium like grey would look nice

If you already have red, silver and black then you should have a neutral color, otherwise it will look cluttered or gaudy.
Light gray, washed out white (as in pic), matt titanium, matt hard chrome, maybe light charcoal?
Something that will show the silver (probably need some contrast to do this) without clashing with the red.

As it’s not a fighting gun- I’d suggest looking at the Blown Deadline photo gallery

                  Some great artwork

                      You got the red...
You got the silver (looking white)...
                      Hmmm...
                      Blue perhaps?

I've always wondered about cerakote on Plolymer frames.

I've cerakoted all of my rifles but none of my handguns... Does it affect the way the plolymemr grips? Just curious?

My wife wants a grey/pink theme for her gun I just bought her. That's the main reason I ask. Also I wouldn't mind doing a cerakote on my main gun, after I shoot hers of course haha.

Back to the subject; I like crimson red/black or white/midnight blue. I'm also a big fan of black/orange

I agree with this generally, but not sure how that's going to play with red and silver....
