    Draco on a CCW

So my buddy and I were talking today in the rig and we came onto the topic of CCW weapon choices....

Could you theoretically use a Draco on a CCW? once DROSing it as a single shot pistol then making it a 10rnd pistol post DROS....

Things we don't need to argue on this thread:
1-why would you want a AK type Pistol
2-let's assume I already have a CCW and would add this to the permit

buddy says the draco is a gray area and aren't really legal, and aren't really a pistol.... i disagree.

I'd like to be able to site case law and or penal code to make this happen, and if it works I'd like to see if I can pull this off.

    Thanks for the help

Yes legal as long as it is concealable. It is a pistol, no grey area there. There is howere, nothing to say the issueing authority can't restrict the gun; if not by name, then perhaps by arbitrary maximum dimension

      Some agencies have caliber restrictions.

Which are illegal constraints without legal any authority in statute.

In CA, it would depend on the issuing authority.
CA's "may issue" CCW system seems to allow issuing authorities a lot of lee way (could be through "underground/illegal regulations" that have yet to be challenged because people not willing to risk their CCW permits on the issue) on what they'll approve.
          In AZ, it's legal.
          In NV, it's legal.

I've used my friend's 5.11 Select Carry Pack to conceal carry my Draco while in AZ.
I'm waiting for my next Vegas trip to add my Draco to my NV CCW permit.
