Default Lockable CCW backpack?

Is there a backpack that has a lockable container inside? My backpack would be in my office but really want to prevent prying eyes. I’m looking for a better way to store than using a briefcase.

Seems like it would be really hard to deploy in a time of need from a locked backpack.

There are several makers of under desk vaults with Simplex locks that might better suit your needs.

VLine products are pretty well built.

There are a ton of lockable cases on the market that will fit inside a backpack. Like this one...

This, of course, won't stop someone from just taking your whole backpack. If you're in an office locking your pack in a filing cabinet or large desk drawer might be a little bit better idea.

The idea isn’t to deploy from a backpack. My thought is to carry until I get to work (I travel from San Bernardino to Los Angeles where I work). Once I get to work, I store the firearm in locked backpack during my shift. Ideally I want to safely store the firearm and keep nosey people out of my bag. If I store inside a lockable container I store inside my backpack, that can be easily be removed or gain curiosity.

I’ve decided I’m not driving to work. Instead I’ll be taking the Metrolink.

Vertx Last Call has a CCW compartment that can accept a luggage lock. Very "gray man" too.

I believe they're on sale on Woot too.

If you're worried about stuff being removed, I'd be just as worried about the bag getting removed.

The Metrolink element could create some challenges. See this thread:
