Default Trigger pin walking out PSA AR15

The trigger pin on my AR with RRA trigger (i think, its been a few years since I put it in) is walking out of its hole on the right side of the rifle. After about 50 rounds, it is out so far that the trigger stops working. What are my repair options. Thanks

The number one reason for AR trigger pins "walking" is because the hammer spring is installed upside down. When upside down, the weapon will function 95% of the time, 5% of the time with light strikes.

When installed upside down, the hammer spring legs don't contact the groove in the pin to keep it from walking.

It's pretty easy to check and change if this is the case.

Agreed or the hammer spring is correctly oriented but the legs of the hammer spring were not placed into the grooves of the trigger pin

As others have said make sure your trigger is installed correctly. Also, some manufacturers use different sized pins- large/small. Small should be the most commonly used but every now and then you’ll find that your receiver needs the large pins. You can always instal a KNS anti walk pin set. Locks the pins in place.

I don’t think the pin is upside down. I’ve never had a failure to fire or light strike. I will try a anti walk pin set. Thanks

The springs are upside down is what others are referring to

What are my repair options.
When you install the fire control group, the trigger gets installed before the hammer.
Installing the hammer after the trigger causes/allows/requires the legs of the hammer spring to rest on the trigger pin.

The trigger pin should have 2 or 3 grooves in it so that the hammer spring legs will drop into the grooves.
The side of the trigger is also clearanced to allow the spring legs to come to bear on the trigger pin.

Sometimes, the clearance cut on the side of the trigger is not deep enough to allow the hammer spring legs to seat into the trigger pin.
In that case, you need to clearance the side of the trigger or simply replace the trigger with one that's in-spec.

Thanks everyone. My problem was what Randall described. When I put the trigger in. I put the legs of the hammer spring beloe the trigger. I took it apart yesterday and saw the problem and fixed it. Should be go to go....
