Default free safe in chino

https://offerup.com/item/detail/ac79...08616950990783

There a free safe in chino area without combo.
However, look at the pictures there is series numbers and keyhole. you should able to get key from manufacturer.

Nice TL15 rated safe

https://securitysafeusa.com/ism-jewel-guard

If closer, I would grab it in a heartbeat.

Yeah totally. The new one is so expensive they don't even list a price.

I love these types of things. Just the whole treasure hunt aspect of it floats my boat. 99.9% of the time empty

If you can't crack the safe yourself, a locksmith might cost you $200-$500. There's no guarantee you'll end up with a serviceable safe afterwards.

If that model has a glass relocking system in it, you might want to get a professional mover on top of a master safe cracker.

Looks like a safe that is "too secure" given it's coming locked with no combination and no skeleton key. I believe you need both the key and the combo to get in. The key is not an override.

Good times.

Key probably just locks the dial from turning at all.

Definitely curious if he can crack it without TNT and what's inside.

At least let the funder how was it. If I don’t already have a big safe. I would get for myself. I just don’t room.

He was saying it spent six years in the driveway so it’ll be interesting to see how the mechanism and internal shelving held up

If someone unbolted it from the ground, they had the door open.

6 years in the driveways as a honeytrap and tip over death-trap? sheesh

It will take a great safe cracker to salvage a functioning safe. Otherwise it's worth what? $80 in scrap value?

$10 bucks says this ends up like the thread Gravedigger started about the dead body under his yard or the guy who found a GPS tracker o. His car. He will string us along then disappear…

I can tell you all right now what's inside. Nothing, it's empty, the previous owner cleared it out and left it there as it was too heavy to transport.
