Nice build!

That is .22 lr ARs for you, they never get left behind. I built mine a year ago and have not been to the range once without it.

Wow all these looks so nice. Is it cheaper to build a dedicated .22 ar or just buy one? I'm looking to pick up a SW 15-22 moe version tomorrow from a fellow CG

Default Dedicated rimfire retro

CMMG upper with a 20" 1/16 twist barrel and Blackdog mags. OK, so the receiver/rear sight is an A3 but converting to the triangle handguards and duck bill flash hider give it enough of an A1 retro look for me. Fun to shoot and cheap way to practice off hand position for service rifle matches.

The 10/22 has lots of aftermarket stuff but I don't think they've come up with a way to mount an M10 bayonet.

M&P15-22 is probably as dedicated as you can get.

I really don't want to try and post mine after the above rifle ^^^^ cause that one is

But here goes. Decided to mess with the rattle cans again. This was my sample gun to see if I want to do it to my mk12'ish build. Needed to do the brown a little darker on the bolt open side, but I am satisfied with how it turned out.

Thanks for the kind words, yours looks great as well. Similar to the set-up I had before going the Holland route.

My AR-22, too bad the gray paint I used on the mag didn't even come close to matching the Magpul Stealth Gray. Looked really close under the lights in Home Depot.
  • CMMG Dedicated Upper
  • Fake can, just for the fun of it.
  • Surefire light
  • Burris FastFire III red dot on a Burris AR-F3 mount
  • Kaiser Defense lower with RR LPK and Geissle Combat trigger
  • Better-Mag magazine adapter to allow the use of S&W MP-1522 mags
  • Misc Magpul furniture

New frontier lw15 lower with a chiappa M4-22 dedicated upper. I haven't had a chance to do much other than put a rifle length free float handguard on.

Im digging the originality here man, a lot of people want some fancy M4, never get away from the basics! Love it!

All these are fine examples of craftmanship, custom work by their prospective owners. Nice work Guys! I want one of those. I already have a lower from JD machine, now to work it from the ground up.
