Nice and looks light
I built this off a DMPS 22 upper profiled the barrel to a pencil profile Untitled by John Hermesmeyer, on Flickr DMPS 22 by John Hermesmeyer, on Flickr I have a centerfire upper the same dimensions My toyz by John Hermesmeyer, on Flickr both come in just a hair over 6 lbs Im sure yours is closer to 4 right use mine for 2 gun competitions a little more heavy than the 10/22 I run against but the Nordic/DMPS upper tends to run with less stoppages than most 10/22s

No complaints on the stock and with the 30" OAL not applying to rimfires, it's a sweet option for shortening a rifle and making it easy to conceal. It's a hair over 26" in the closed position. One thing to consider though is that it's more of a chin/cheek weld, than a true cheek weld, which is not an issue with the tall mount I am using.

Nice! I love the 522... I got mine at a Big5 before they got real hard to find. Reliable, accurate, good trigger out of the box. It is nice to not have to add a bunch of stuff to a gun. |

I missed the boat on the 522 when they were in production. Still looking here and other forums and GB for one that’s priced right.
