Great timing. Range members don't have to pay the daily range fee, just the cost of the appleseed tickets. See you there.

Any chance Appleseed might come back to SBRGC?

Probably not anytime soon. We need more instructors to branch out further. Come on out and see what we're about, anyone can be an instructor.

Unfortunantly, we had to cancel the February shoot due to lack of sign-ups.

Wow, I am surprised. I wonder why no sign-ups? No ammo, ammo stash too small, lack of rifles and firearms, etc. Sucks. Well, there's always March. Good luck.

What's the approx age range for the young shooters? Wondering when to sign up our kids.

It varies a lot, we don't always get kids signed up for every shoot.

The youngest we've had is 6, but usually first timers are 8-12. Its more of an issue of maturity level and the ability to take direction from a stranger.

We can also make accomidations for shooters that can't physically hold up a rifle to shoot standing or seated.

I like to point out that Appleseed is not specifically for kids or even first time shooters, but is designed in such a way that ANYONE AND EVERYONE can benefit regardless of skill or experience level.
