At least two dead. Green arrow is the good guy, red arrow is the bad guy with what appears to be some type of long gun.

Bad guy had a shotgun

Just watched the video. 1st guy who was shot was armed. He was very slow to pull his pistol when the bad guy produced his shotgun. Looks like he was getting caught up on his shirt. Bad guy shot one more guy before getting nailed by another parishioner from the back of the room (hit him on the run), looked to be about 10-12yds away. No less than 7 people popped up with handguns (including the first guy who I believe was killed) after the first shot went off. That should make someone think twice before walking into a church in Texas.

Texans don't play- God bless them. Lucky they have CCW in the great state of Texas it could have been much worse. Texas trusts it citizens and follows the Constitution.

The two that were shot gave their lives for the church members.

God bless them as well- respect. RIP

Prior to its passage, Corsicana City Councilman Pct. 3, Chris Woolsey, spoke during the meeting's open forum to express his support of the measure.

“I think it's very important to do this," he said. “I think in the scope of things that elected officials do, this is one of the most important things, which is reassuring our citizens that we stand up for them; and reassuring them that, no matter what is being talked about on the national stage and the state stage, that in Navarro County, in the City of Corsicana, that their rights are going to be protected.”

FYI for newbies: even though CA is "May Issue," a whole lot of county sheriffs readily issue CA CCWs.
