I am considering taking this class, but I already have an California Resident Permit and an Arizona Non-Resident permit.

Is there a list (not a map) that shows by state which states each Non-resident permit would add to my current list of states I can carry in?

Cuase let's be honest if you get all fo these permits, you wind up paying a ton of money for little added value if you don't travel to all these states.

So is the Utah BCI still issuing permits and meeting their statutory deadlines for doing so? I have read nothing to the contrary, however I do have to wonder as we are still suffering from the Chinese Coronavirus pandemic!

I have not heard of any delays from anyone who has applied so far. Also, I know that AZ is still issuing permits VERY rapidly (less then 2 weeks usually).
