I suspect it tends to narrow the suspect field when warrants are issued for them who provide false info. to the govment.

I would think they can just lookup the person's id dl or passport. Are they really going to rely on the 4473? We all know they dont enforce the perjury laws for the most part already. So I just think they should save the space since in reality they do nothing with that information.

There does seem to be something inherently rather dangerous about allowing someone who can't figure out whether they are a boy or a girl to have a gun (they can't figure out if they already got one or not, they probably shouldn't be getting one, either way?).

This is not meant to belittle in ANY way the right to self defense for ANY law abiding citizen, but rather to question the lack of sense in the entire system!

I am not a huge fan of having more on page 2, and the first part of the first section not being done by the purchaser.. just adds more instruction. I do like that the citizenship question is in a better place!

Your driver's license has to match what you choose on the federal form... So as long as you are willing to make that change in the DMV go for it!
