WHAT: This is a chance to get some excellent, professional training at a very affordable price! This event will be 2 to 3 hours of Land Navigation training by ASDS. You will learn the basic fundamentals and have fun doing it. This is a professional lesson by Special Ops veterans who can teach you practical application of skills used not only in the field but on a daily basis in these classes. If you want to learn some navigational skills (basic) then come down and get lost...then found. Wait... that sounded mean.

BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!

Since this is Easter weekend we are going to have the first... annual... AMMO EGG HUNT. Yeah. Ammo eggs. What is an ammo egg hunt you ask? It is Easter egg hunting for shooters! Eggs, filled with ammo and or tickets for free ammo will be scattered on the range in various places. Hidden of course You will get to use your new land navigation skills to find them. Who doesn't like free ammo? Once all eggs are found we will all get to practice our shooting fundamentals for the rest of the night until 10pm. Maybe even burn up some of that ammo you found and put in your ammo egg basket! Or horde it. Yeah, there will be 22lr. I already know you guys and gals will be saving that.

For those paying day of, it will be $40.00 for the class and hunt.

Receipts can be provided. For PayPal payers please adjust for the 3% fee and be sure to include your forum name, Real name (last initial is fine) and list AMMO EGG HUNT or the event.

WHAT TO BRING: Clear and sober mind, ability to learn and have fun. Guns if you plan to shoot along with ammo and mags (loaners may be avail inquire within), jacket, comfortable shoes, comfortable pants/shorts, maybe some gloves. Targets if you plan to shoot after lesson. A blanket and or towel to lay on (if shooting prone). A Map and a compass is NOT required. If you have a compass and or a map then feel free to bring.

OPTIONAL: extra ammo to shoot through the night, cleaning supplies, cupcakes OR bacon for me, spare targets for yourself. Easter basket, bunny ears. Steel targets are allowed as are reactive targets (non-explosive...) as long as you are able to easily clean up.

If time permits we will also go over current legislation and how you can get involved with contact info. Please understand the focus of this event is the training and that there may be people who have never handled a handgun. That is the point of this event. It is to not only offer a refresher or help you become better at what you may know in a professional environment but to also open the sport to new shooters. We ask you all be understanding and help encourage participation while being patient with those who may be unfamiliar and new. This is our community and keeping it growing is the goal!
