Default My AR would have been done today....

Ya would have been done, but when I mounted my 80% rohg arms lower on the.CNC the machinest informed that tolerances were way off and he didn't want to take my money. I am so pissed, I have been working on this build for 6 months and Saturday was the day of completion. What would you do?

Contact Rohg Arms and exchange it?

Milling out the 80 should have been the very first part of the build..

What were you working on for six months without a stripped lower?

My guess, he should have said "saving" rather then "working"

Buy another reputable lower and send the Rohg back for refund or credit. Do not exchange it, you will get back another one with issues.

I cut my first 2 80% lowers today! Good times!

Installed all the parts except tube, fit seems pretty good. Will test fire one tomorrow.

Screw that wrinkled hag!

Yeah, I had one of those lowers. I managed to get it functional, but I had to use (read: destroy) a bullet button in the process. And I had to file a bit off of the upper to get it to fit. I would never use one of their products again. EVER. Where did you take it to finish it, btw? You don't have a location in you profile.

If so, you have to give Gabe credit for stepping up. I was there on Friday morning with two lowers, he checked them over well before going in the CNC.

The two times I've been there, Gabe had to tell someone that their lowers were out of tolerance. The man certainly knows his poop. Now I wish he'd start milling 10/22's and 1911's!

Or perhaps he was "working" on the upper.
