I've had great customer service from lapolicegear.com and Rescue-Essentials.com. Rescue Essentials is more medical stuff. I've ordered a couple times from copquest.com for Safariland holsters and they were fine...Backordered both times but each time it arrived fairly quickly.

I ordered from copsplus once and was not happy at all. Might have been a fluke but I've never been back.

As someone already recommended above, LA Policw Gear is great. Prices, customer service, etc, are all top notch. They sometimes are back ordered on stuff, but they just announced they are moving into a much bigger warehouse, so that issue is likely to be more rare. I gladly give them my money.

If you decide Botach, I would recommend going in person!

If you already know exactly what you're looking for, I would just keep surfing until I found cheap & available. I have yet to find a place that either has Everything or the lowest prices for Everything... If you have no idea what you're looking for, then maybe find the largest brick and mortar or chain to go browse...

I have bought a few things from OpticsPlanet and been happy. They seem to have a good price, but I think they drop ship a lot. I had to wait about 3 weeks for a new ALSIII holster. I've got a couple things on order there now as well.

La police gear is good.

Not sure you can go to botach unless you badge them. Even then it's just a warehouse. Not shopper friendly.

Crappy nieghborhood too.

I have always got what I ordered, but sometimes they are real slowwwwwwww.

Despite the flak, I have bought lots of duty related stuff from Optics Planet. Just confirm they have it before ordering and you are good.

LAPG, Amazon.com, optics planet, and Oakley Standard Issue get most of my money for uniform related accessories/gear.

What's wrong with Optics Planet? I just ordered a bunch of 5.11 polos and a pair of 5.11 pants.

The best deals ever are at LAPG "Clearance". Got a $240 jacket for $60 there.

Another vote for LAPG.
Also done business with Botach and never had the problems others have experienced.

Meh, they just shipped my order from the 3rd so they're GTG in my book.

I've ordered from pretty much everyone of the companies previously listed above. My favorite by far has to be LAPoliceGear.

I've used copquest and lapolicegear on multiple occasions and cannot think of anything negative to say about either one. Actually I have nothing but good things to say about both of these places.

LApolicegear is probably my favorite due to their easy-to-navigate website. Copquest seems to be slightly outdated.
