Default ? On shipping a K98 Mauser bolt to France

Hi I figured this might be a good place to ask.
I have a buyer for a complete bnz K98 bolt that has the maching gun
but he is in france. What legal issues might I have on my end.

Thanks in Advance. DV

Your end might have possible ITAR restrictions.

His end possible possession issues.

FWIW, in Germany the bolt is a restricted item like a receiver here. He might be trying to rebuild a de-wat K98 to functional.

I would just bow out of the deal.
