Dtrump... good 4 u that your ordered items arrived in a timely manner. Naturally,... you're elated that u "trumped" over those that in good faith ordered items, but had not so stellar service in return. --- wait until u get d same experience and your patience is stretched. I bought Item # 36145: 16" Mid Chrome Lined Premium SS12G2 Blem Rifle kit - Ready for Duty from you on Dec. 20 2013. I got the package today. When I opened the package, I found that I only got the upper assembly and BCG and charging handle. What I paid for is a complete rifle kit except the stripped lower. The rest of the parts are missing. Please ship the rest of the parts to me ASAP. Thank you.

Order #100571488 (placed on December 30, 2013)

I received a voicemail yesterday saying my order (S&W M&P 15-22 w/$100 giftcard) was being cancelled because it couldn't be California compliant. I called your company before I ordered and was reassured that this gun would ship and with California, it would just without the higher capacity magazine. I already went ahead and purchased magazines compliant for California and have them in hand waiting for the gun to arrive. I'd like to request a shipping status on this order and want to know when I can get the $100 giftcard to make my next purchase.

Please don't scare me away with cancelling orders...

Please contact me. I have tried calling the your number and have sent a few e-mails with no response.

I received two P-TAC BLACKHAWK! Lower Parts Kits on Dec. 24 but one of the parts kits is missing the bag with all the springs in it. My order number is 100541132. Could you please send the missing springs? Thank you.

the PTAC lowet parts actually have a nicer looking finish than the PSA stuff lol

anyhow, missing the buffer in my build kit

Calling is NOT the way to go.

I emailed promotions@PSA and got an immediate response, from there was I connected with Tee in customer service who has been extremely fast and friendly.

I hope this is PSA stepping up their customer service, I'm loving it.

I waited 35 days for another item. Not bad. I think ares armory still owes 100s of thousands of dollars of orders and refunds from over a year ago. With people like that around I csnt understand the whining about psa. Most people hang up after 10 minutes on hold. Always done well with emails.

Dear PSA, i need to return a PSA rear flip up sight but the return merchandise form link/download on your website doesnt work. It just sends me back to the home page PLEASE HELP its stated on your website that you guys dont accept returns without the form filled out but i cant even access the form

Ok I got an email from a supervisor today (1/26/14) saying they no longer have any of the rifle cases I want. I ordered this 12/30/13 -- nearly a MONTH ago! I was offered the same rifle case in a different color. Um no, I want what I ordered. A month ago.

Figure it out people. If I do not get my refund processed immediately I will be calling my credit card provider to initiate a charge back.

I find this utterly unacceptable for any business.

I do have concerns, wtf!!! I never canceled my order!

I never got a call, email or a refund! The only thing I see on my end is that you guys accepted my money the day after I placed my order.
