Default Ammo Packing

You guys really need to do a better job packing ammo. I'm sick of having to check OAL for all my rounds I get from you. Boxes are smashed to hell with little to no packing material to prevent damage during transportation. Your sales are great but the saving are lost do to smashed rounds. I'd rather spend the extra money and not have to deal with that. I even purchased a full case of 45 ACP and it still came loose and all banged up. I hope you do something about this so I can order from you guys again.

I'll second this. I received a bunch of FN 5.7x28 boxes that were smashed to hell including a few of the polymer tips on the rounds. I sent in an email to PSA with pics and never received a response.

I haven't had any issues with the ammo I've purchased from PSA or the packaging, I can say that UPS had sat on my packages for a day longer than the projected delivery date and it looks like they opened the boxes to inspect, I have had the same issue when buying ammo from CTD.

Old thread but gotta agree. Got a box in the mail with rounds all over the dang place. I know UPS opens and inspects contents but I know they aren't opening inside boxes & allowing spilled contents.

Second. 1000 rounds 9mm delivered today. Boxes smashed and a few rounds pushed back into their cases, since there is no extra protection or padding for the ammo.

The poor packaging is the reason I only order ammo in ammo cans from PSA.
Got to say that prices are good though.

I know this is an old thread, but current practices indicate that packing has not improved. Got some .45 that was loose all over; box trashed. Did a good job of keeping everything in the package, but the lack of packing allowed everything to get beat up.

You guys should post pics. Like they say, a picture is worth 1000 words.
