Default cz 612 hc-p coming soon

i really like the looks of the gun, i filed my taxes well i did them cant file till the 30th and ill be getting some change back and this looks to be a good deal msrp is 349, something different then mossberg and Remington. just not a big fan of the pistol grip though not a deal breaker. what do you guys think?

from the website

This fun pump shotgun features a full-length pistol grip stock and ghost ring sights with glow fiber dots for fast zombie target acquisition. The 20-inch barrel and full-length pump forend make it an excellent home defense gun as well. The barrel accepts CZ choke tubes and ships with one cylinder choke.

Dgm just got some in. I was able to get my hands on one , doesnt feel the greatest but with the added features at the price listed cant really beat it for a budget home defense shotgun. I just might pick one up as well.

What is the price?
I have a CZ 712 Utility which is a great little auto-loader.
This pump should be pretty good.

"Horde Control Pump". I'd be embarrased to own a Zombie themed gun, frankly. And what does this bring to the table that an 870 Express doesn't?

Only thing themed about is the name, they have a home secruity version for cheaper, but it's a fixed chock so it can't be changed, not thrilled about the name but it had all the features I wanted with a price I can afford, my not be the best, ill put up a range report once it comes in

Post CZ612 HD

I like the CZ612 Home Defense. Too bad I can't find one.

CZ 612 HOME DEFENSE - MSRP $290
The 612 Home Defense is a no-nonsense 12 gauge fitted with an 18˝” cylinder-bore barrel and a black synthetic stock. Compare its components, construction and application-specific features to any other ‘home defense’ shotgun and you’ll find more quality, craftsmanship and performance in the 612.

I am a huge fan of CZs and own several but when it comes to certain guns having an aftermarket full of parts is nice

The 870 to me is the perfect pump gun as parts are easily sourced
