I love PSA. Been pleased with their products and service. I would also say that not many companies have a rep that monitors threads on a forum like this.

Ordered many many times, never had an issues; better go check my build kit that just got in today, just to be sure...:laugh

love PSA. they are great. quick emails. nice replies to questions. Never had anything missing from any of my orders. had more than 5 orders through them pass 6 months. lowers, uppers, lots of lpks. random assortment of smalls parts. never missing a part

I got a price adjustment on a SSD i purchased. the price dropped about 4 days after I purchased it

Jeez, do you people really like to moan... A mistake was made!? OH NO IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD. So what if your rifle won't be ready for a little while? Do you have a paper target that needs to be urgently shot?

I've dealt with PSA twice now. The second time around, they ran out of the ammo that I ordered so my order was delayed by a week or so. I didn't care though because I was getting a hell of a good deal as it is (possibly the best deal anywhere), and to 'make up for it' they threw in a few extra boxes for me; outstanding.

To all the people who are going elsewhere because of these silly complaints-- GOOD. More for me.

I'm pretty much with invisiblebattery on this one... But it totally is your right to post a review about your experience, and I'm sure that some will take it into consideration prior to doing business with PSA.
