The California Precision Rifle Club is proud to announce their next centerfire match will be Sunday May 27th at the Angeles Ranges.
For details about the Angeles Ranges, see their website: http://www.angelesranges.com

Signups start at 7:00am and shooting should start at 8:15am when the line goes hot.
Please arrive at the left side of the Angeles rifle range no later than 7:30am to sign-in and get assigned your shooter numbers.
Your shooters number is also your position on the line so please lineup accordingly.

Match fee is $20 for Caprc members or $30 for non members.
You can renew your membership at the match, just bring a recent NRA magazine cover with address label.
The match fee also includes use of the range after the match is completed.
We usually finish by 1pm.

Bring 70 rounds of match grade ammo.
Be prepared to shoot as close as 10yds and as far as 600yds.

Be prepared to shoot from standing, kneeling, seated, prone and other improvised postions.

Bring a backpack to shoot off of for stages that don't allow a bipod.

This match is open to bolt action and semi-auto rifles from 223 up through 308.
A velocity limit of 3100 fps will be in effect to reduce damage to club-owned steel targets.
Bipods, slings, shooting mats and rear bags are allowed and recommended.
Chamber flags are mandatory and are available from the club if needed.

Line helper RSVP's will be accepted anytime.
Member RSVP's will be accepted after 12noon Monday 5/21.
Non-member RSVP's will be accepted after 12noon Tuesday 5/22.

For those of you will attend the Clinic "A" on May 20th, this is a very good opportunity for you to build some skills and momentum and join us for the match on the 27th.

If you hit the Clinic "A" on the 20th, go with an open mind and take in what you can. Then go home and do some quality dry practice as much as you can and as often as you can. Then shoot the match with us on the 27th. It's a very good way to ease into your first match.

Last month's match had something like five or six first-timers. I hope to see you at the match.

RSVPs are now open to the public for this Sunday's centerfire match.

You guys who shot the Clinic "A" last Sunday are prime candidates for shooting the centerfire match this Sunday. I hope you attend.
