Universal AK Magblock

New design Universal AK block fits most steel 30 round AK magazines and will convert them to a 10 rounds. Marked for cutting to make 10/20 round tanker mags. The new design features a spring catch which will allow an easy attachment point to the spring. This prevents the block making noise and epoxy can be added at this point for a permanent attachment. We also have a Tapco AK block available.

Looks like we are going out to USI on Sunday around 1 pm. Can you guys make it? Alex, I just converted the AK build to featureless and want to try it out. Also plan to bring one of the wifes friends to teach her how to shoot. She's interested in getting a handgun for home protection, but never shot one before. To bad I don't have a revolver to let her try out. (Or something smaller than .40)

That seems like a better idea to me...
Me and epoxy (and superglue) don't always play nice together .

This is frickin ingenious! Just visited your site, have you considered a USGI version that will work with Magpul USGI Ranger & Maritime Plates?

Got my MCL couple of weeks ago...
Awesome seller, super fast shipping and communication.

I drilled out the rivets of some Emags I had and blocked with the MCLs.

Also because Emags have windows I sprayed the MCL with bright red paint, so it can quickly be identified as blocked mag.

I will block my mags this way from now on!!

We sell a different AK style on the website that can be permanently attached to the spring. The demand is not there yet to invest as much as would be needed for a similar AK style block, but if Big 5 starts selling AK's that might change

I have to say I'm impressed with these units. The quality of the design and manufacturing is tops. The fit is perfect, and try as I might I just could not jam 11 rounds into a converted mag. That's my biggest concern with the home-brew solutions.

I just got a shipment of these in stock and will carry them on the online store along with the usual weekly bulk PMAG rebuild kit group buy.

Zach's got a fine product here and I wish him luck!
