Default BLM Land Closest to Vacaville

What options do I have for some outdoor shooting near Vacaville. Iím disabled and canít hike in too far from the road or parking area.

If there isnít anything within a reasonable distance what outdoor ranges do you recommend? More than 100 yards would be preferred.

Thank you for your help!

How far you feel like driving?
Spenceville isn’t too far away and isn’t too bad during the week, weekends get crowded and their is some sketchy people there sometimes..
Oroville clay banks also only bout 1 1/2 hr drive it’s a way better range, but get there early on a weekend..

+1 for spenceville or oroville given your medical condition. There at benches there and parking close to the firing line.

For a regulated range, Sac Valley Shooting Center is about 1.5hr drive

Im also in the VV area, we should get a group together and head out on the weekends. When the weather breaks, i want to organize a trip over to some outdoor ranges in NV (reno/carson city area).

I recommend Murphy’s/Camp 9 Road if you need a BLM beyond 800 yards.

looks like they cleaned it up and added some new tables and gravel at Spenceville judging by this Youtube video footage from last May 2018.

Yolo sportsman's is decent and doesn't cost too much. Offset price of gas by range fees.
