Shoplifter photos from Rocklin Armory
This person shoplifted a Phase 5 charging handle from our store, Rocklin Armory, on Monday November 28th. We have him on video emptying the package and hanging it back up. If you know him let him know please PM me...

Yes, shoplifters suck, a thief is a thief, and drive up pricing for everyone else to cover retail losses.
Unfortunately, for honest citizens. Thieves who steal less than $950 a pop, are now a protected species. And like mountain lions, have become a grossly over populated species. If the A55-hat bumped into a cop on the way out the door with his ill gotten gains. The worst the cop would do, is cite & release under prop 47. Welcome to Crap O fornia. The person in the picture is me, but I did not steal anything. I borrowed in for a really long time, but fully intend to return it at some point down the road.
Just kidding...... I don't really intend to return it.  Hope you catch the guy though.

Stealing is what really gets me fired up. I hate theives. But bad a55 that you got such clear pics. I hope he gets caught. I never thought people would do that in a store, I was just thinking over the weekend how much stuff probably gets stolen at gun shows..

wow, do you realize with a good lawyer this guy can sue the snot out of you for this?
maybe you should leave releasing the suspects picture for the Police as of right now all I see is a guy claiming another guy did something without any proof? show me him selecting the merchandise (490, prove its yours) show me him concealing his actions (490 prove his intent to deprive) show me him removing it from the package (again 490 prove his intent) show me him concealing merchandise (3rd proof of intent under 490) show me him leaving the store and at no point does he leave the items behind and at no point do you lose track of where the item was concealed. you do realize without clear uninterrupted video surveillance of him and the act the entire time he is in the store you cannot prove theft and you have just committed libel and slander against him on a public forum.
