We just got back to Phoenix - thanks for a great weekend of shooting. I know all of the guys from here really enjoyed it. The match was very well run, the range great as always and you dialed in the perfect weath conditions for Zonies seeking shelter from the heat! Thanks again, and we'll be back!

Thanks to all who came out to shoot. There where some frustraions here and there. But all in all it was a blast. Hopefully the next go around it will be better.
The marines that came out to pull targets where doing so as a fund raiser for the MC ball.
It is always nice to see and meet new people. But like Allen said, start at 8ish and done by noon.

I wanted to take a minute and acknowledge the folks that have set records at our last NRA MR Regional. The paperwork has been completed and handed off to our Treasurer Matt Kokoszka. He will cut the NRA fee check and submit the envelope to the NRA.

I certified (as Stat Officer the following today):

Guillermo Sandoval 15 shot @300 yards F/TR (Service): 142-3x
Guillermo Sandoval 15 shot @500 yards F/TR (Service): 135-4x
Guillermo Sandoval 15 shot @600 yards F/TR (Service): 148-2x
Ben Serebrini 15 shot @500 yards F-Open (Grand Senior): 150-6x
James Cobb 15 shot @600 yards Match Rifle/Metallic Sights: 150-13x
Tom Whitaker 15 shot @500 yards Match Rifle/Any Sights: 150-13x
German Salazar F/TR 45 shot mid range aggregate: 444-25x
German Salazar F/TR 15 shot @500 yards: 149-8x

I look forward to the NRA recognizing these scores!

Thanks for the hard work. I think that I might actually start shooting more f-class. only problem is the tgt is so dam small.

I apologize for the delay, it has been a crazy couple of weeks.

The medals for the NRA Mid Range Regional were mailed out to the respective winners this morning. You should be receiving them early next week!

Carlos, the medal came in today - thanks! What a nice surprise, I didn't think there would be one for F-Class (silly me).

www.desertsharpshooters.com has our schedule for all three clubs. I have the calendar accurate through December right now.
