I plan to take the scope off my Springfield M1A and use that for now so I just need to get the base. If I remember correctly the scope is a 6 or 7 power x 40.

I have a UTG bipod I can throw on there till I can afford an Harris one and I think that will be good enough to at least get me started.

I've fished a few times but only coastal beach fishing. My dad enjoys doing this along with my uncles, and we can usually catch some fish to toss into some stew with some kimchi at some later date.

Yeah, I've never done boat fishing before, that would definitely be interesting!

What's the rules on taking firearms to international waters? Is it possible to shoot clays off the side of a boat?
