I'm sure the poster with the RCGE prices is just trying to be helpful but a lot of people don't shop at Ron's for price alone. It's a hassle free buying zone in my opinion. I'm happy when I go in and happy when I leave.

I'd be happier and buy more if he had West Coast IPA in the fridge, or Le Freak, or Simtra... who am I kidding, I'd be happy with some PBR, heheh.

I think you're in the minority with that opinion.

Just curious, but how so? Iíve bought my fair share of guns with them and done a few PPTís, itís always been a simple and effortless transaction.

My only very minor knock would be itís not a great place to shop for the tire kicker/lookie-loo crowd. Know what youíre shopping for before hand. And when itís busy, pick ups can take a little time.

We've lost some cool places. Cordova, Wild Sports, etc... RCGE was always a good option in the list. I got a 700P rifle there and a IMI Jericho .45 / Baby Eagle, etc... some of my first pistols I think. Nice guys. Like most shops they have had a few characters there but well-meaning I think. Imagine what it must be like to deal with the various types of gun buyers, hahah. I doubt I could do it.

Armory Outpost is definitely my favorite shop nowadays or even compared historically to shops that are closed down. Not the biggest shop, but the best.
