I've only shot an MSAR once (it was nice). Mine's a RAW Steyr AUG.
Here's my other RAW bullpup with a cheapy red dot

Brando, bolt guns better count (the 1st bullpups were bolt actions). That's an awesome rifle you got there!

Thanks guy's. Took my buddy's kid shooting. He saw it in the case... "That's an AUG?"
He started making the pop cans jump around at 40 yards with it.

Hmmm... For some reason, I've lost all my pics, but here's my .22lr AUG (clone).

Very nice. I need a long range gun. The mini Barretts are looking really good but not the 10k price.

How do you like the .338?

.338LM is no joke - it's almost as expensive to shoot at .408 CT and if you rely on factory ammo, you need serious resources. I do my own hand loads, which are very well tuned for my rifle, and a cheaper than factory ammo - but still expensive at least when compared to .300WM.

How about a short range bullpup, the beloved 5.7

That is too cool for skool, Wilit. I always wanted a .22 conversion for mines... very creative. I couldn't assemble a snap-on model kit, I'm so talentless.

Here's a pic of my latest; it'll be in-state soon enough. It's being Californicated...

YepYep. High Standrad Model 10 series B. My dad bought it in '75 or '76. I wish he spent the extra $30 for the kel-light. For now I have a Maglight attached that was close to the same size. LOL remember it was in the 70's
that might actually be the kel-light in the pic you posted.

I was lucky to find an ex NY offcer that now collects them. He had a custom muzzle break made, and the universal flahslight mount. So I picked up both and a custom mag tube extention. I havent had the nerve to install the mag tube.

Nice AUG. I'd love to pick one up or an FS2000. Both are a little out of my price range right now.

Ironically, my dad had one as well. But, he got it confiscated when they banned all firearms in the Philippines @1970. His was a series A so it had the flashlight incorporated into the carrying handle. I like the series B
ones better.

Really? As it's a domestically made weapon, I thought there'd be zero issues with extending its capacity.

I've always liked the FN FS2000. Primarily cause it's really ambidextrous.

Not the best picture of the MSAR but here it is:

It's an STG-556 with an E4 stock. I think I'm going to sell the stock though and just buy STG mags. I like the original stock better.

Thanks! Actually, check out Customrifles.info That's where I got the idea for it. Lots of .22lr-Airsoft conversions there. It really was pretty easy.

No clones here my friend. You can get them from $980-$1200. Its a day/night reflex optic. I paid $1050 for this one.

I went to my local gunshop wanting to get a EOTech XPS and 3X magnifier and saw this in the case. It just came in so I had seen them on foreign guns so I thought I would try it out.

Its supposedly a controlled Class II infrared laser optic. It sits a little higher than an EOTech but love the day red dot and night laser.

I'm open to correction, but I believe I have the only one of these in the State of California. The AXR. [Edit. I have since been corrected]

As you can see, it takes the 30" limit seriously.

Quote:

You know, I'd love one of those, but can't justify the cost right now.

Quote:

There is at least one in California. Some chap down South picked one up, bullet-buttonized it, and added a fake can to meet the OAL. He's posted it on the KTOG forum. I'm going to wait for one of the longer-barrelled versions to come out, I dislike useless extensions just to make the 30" minimum.

Here's a second "only one" in the state.... a standard stock w/ Raddlock is used instead of the NATO stock.

Fair one. I was unaware of another one here until now. I brought mine in in 2008 but have been away the last year, wasn't paying much attention to other imports. (I think mine's a cheaper Californification, though)
