Almost finished with my $350 Garand. A $100 pitted receiver, a $200 parts kit from long ago, new springs, and Alumahyde II. Every C&R deserves a new lease on life.

Got me an SMLE. Always loved these.
Found a particularly clean one (stock). Probably an arsenal restock done who knows when.

More lmportantly it is a 1903 in .22 caliber.

Non refurbished Russian SKS (1956). Excellent/Mint condition.
Fit and finish is really good for a mass produced military rifle.
