Default Converting to flgr on 2011?

I have an sti 2011 costa carry comp. I would like to know which parts are required to convert to a flgr. Ive seen posts about people buying parts and having to modify them to make them work properly. I would like to stay away from that if possible.
If you can also post the links to each part. Id really appreciate it.

It's normal to have to fit parts into 1911/2011 type guns.
They are not glocks.

You can avoid doing the fitting work yourself by hiring a gunsmith to do it for you.
I'm sure that the maker of the gun offers a full length guide rod system.
That should be your first place to start.
