Question Wilson Rifle barrels ???

Looking for those that have experience with these barrels, like quality. Especially on M1 Garands.

Wilson Combat is great. I've tricked out a couple of my Springfield Armory Mil-Spec 1911's with there parts. Big difference. Smoother cycle and big improvement on accuracy. But, Wilson Arms is not related with Wilson Combat. Anyway, I will have this barrel delivered next week sometime. After that I'll see how it groups some LC 150gr. ammo.www.wilsonarms.com

Yes, Wilson Combat is a different company. I've never owned anything with a Wilson barrel, but have always assumed that they were mediocre, but what the hell do I know. Let us know how it shoots.

Wilson makes tons of barrels and many of them shoot very well.

That's what I have been discovering, thanks. By the way, I like that avatar you have there. "Moe, Larry, cheese!!"

I will. But, that'll be probably by the end of June. Currently the MW on my Garand is like about 2.8'ish. Not so good for accuacy, just fliers.

All things considered, it is hard to beat a Criterion barrel for an M1. I have fit many, many different aftermarket M1 and M14 barrels, both service and match grade, over the years, and the Criterion is hands-down the best for thread timing, spline fits, alignment, power diameter fits, cost, and finish. They shoot pretty good, too.
