I'm leaning toward a 6.5x47 running 123's at 3000+ fps. Manners, McM, AICS, whatever. I want it to be light.

I don't really care about sponsorship too much. I'm not that good yet and don't go to national matches. I'll advertise like crazy thoug for whoever gives me a good deal.

Well lets get started on a 6.5x47. We can all order some cheap barrels, scrounge an action, split the reamer, and hit up Joe.

Holy crap guys.. I go out to get dinner and watch a movies and all this goes on?! Business propositions going on here.. somebody's class gets crapped on to the point they want to delete the thread?

Y'all got rifle addiction BAD! On that note.. all this designer gear is giving me a headache. You start promoting/ endorsing too much stuff and you'll lose credibility. Pick a product you actually believe in rather than whoever gives you the most free crap. That's just me though.. then again.. i'm not that much of a profiteering businessman. Speaking of which, if all goes well, I may be taking a pay cut soon!

I remember getting up early and meeting Pete out at APS to spank the buff. It was cold that day and I think I left my house at 4:30 in the morning. First time I meet Pete I was buying back an upper I sold hime and sold him a Super Sniper.

On the topic of inletting...
I got the HS DBM in today that I ordered last week.
I did not know (maybe all you guys did though) that it fits into an HS stock with no inletting required.
It seems that it's a drop-in solution.

I know a bunch of you guys are already committed to AI mags, but for someone who is still undecided and happens to have an HS stocked 700, this is a really good option.

So my 243 AI 700 is now sitting in the 700 5r HS stock that I traded for some work a couple months ago.
It has a 10rd mag hanging from the DBM.

I gotta load some ammo and give it a trigger adjustment quick and I could start using it saturday in Sacramento!

Yup yup. What time you good for? If you want to roll over to my place by about 7:45AM, we can carpool to save a few miles. I like to be there when they open. I'll bring some drinks and crap in a cooler.
