I would recommend the postal fraud route to get some where.
I disagree...In SD county it only costs $30 to file a claim under $1500. Service can be done by anyone not involved in the case...so I can serve him for you and you can serve him for me. Certified mail service is also possible for about $25.

If you win your judge can also award all costs (to file, serve, etc.)even costs for investigative services to track him down if needed).

Anybody in the SD area should file and serve him/her ASAP...start here:

Small Claims filing fee. $30 for under $1500
Sheriff service fee. $35
Small Claims has morning and afternoon sessions. 1/2 day lost from work.

Also include his name on the claim since CA is a 50-50 state.

Guys,

Sorry for not touching base, but I've had a bunch of BS going on. Not bothering to go into it because I am sure nobody cares. As an update, I have the following 3 refunds taken care of,
B. Wong - $340
biscuitbarrel - $120
JCM - $130

B. Wong, and biscuitbarrel, check your inboxes tomorrow morning for tracking numbers. JCM, you just got yours through PP as of right now. I will be back on Friday with hopefully the next two taken care of.

I would recommend the postal fraud route to get some where.

A liberal DA would initiate charges of fraud, conspiracy, collusion, maybe embezzlement, definitely postal charges too. When the dust settles, 2-3 years probation is my guess.

I agree. Not only is TheExpertish (Jason) irresponsible, untrustworthy, and manipulating, but the CalGun members that were taken here are timid and irresponsible for not taking action on their own behalf. Allowing this guy to do it again somewhere else.

I was with you all in support but when I see TheExpertish (Jason) come in here and promise a new move over and over with no fruition and none of you taking action, you lost me and I'm sure most of the community here.

Please, exercise your rights while you can.

He is not going to make this right. If you're not aware of this by now, you never will be and hope will gain you nothing.

Good luck to you all.

Okay, caught up. I hope to have more funds this coming weekend to send.

I was holding back on saying something, but this is getting old. To all the trolls who think it's cute or appropriate to comment and cuss me out anonymously on my YouTube channel; STOP. I have a feeling it's 95% trolling, and not even people who are actually owed. It's a revenue stream, albeit very very small, that I am working on building. I view it as a job and that you are coming to my work and trying to mess with my income. Income that could potentially help pay people back sooner. Grow up, and don't do it. You will continue to be blocked and deleted.

What does "Okay, caught up" mean? Did you send payment to the two people you promised earlier? Or do you mean you caught up reading the thread?

Jason, you spend more time addressing the trolls than the people you owe $5k+ too. If you would just be clear and up front and follow through with what you say you will do the trolls won't have anything to talk about. Just something to think about.

I'd say everyone who sent him money via the postal system should contact the Postal Inspector.

Agree on a date and file simultaneously. That should get someone's attention.

Good luck.
