I bought mine a year ago. 16" heavy barrel with wood stock. Don't know about tactical. It was marketed by the TALO wholesale house. TALO is "Texas Arkansas Lousiana Oklahoma" (i think)

Buddy bough his at Islandview in Ventura for $500ish, don't know they exact amount. He actually ordered it last year and finally got it two months ago. I hope it just needs to be broken in because that thing is all over the place out of the box. He's not happy after seeing what my 10/22 Target can do.

samrob, i have to disagree. my 16" TALO heavy bbl wood stock 10/22 is quite accurate. 1/2 inch at 25 yards, 1 & 1/2 inch at 50, and that's with ammo I have lying around, not super duper target competition stuff...

I paid the better part of $500 for mine too.

"I hope it just needs to be broken in"

We're taking it out again on Sunday and throwing a couple hundred rounds down the tube to see if that helps it.
