92FS Vertec and Brig Inox Twins
Ok. I'll play. Just finished swapping out most of the black parts with inox parts. Very first detail strip of any kind. Needed some distractions in between WFH, and literally just got them done today.
Vertec (USA), Brig (Italian) -- both around 2017/18. Was not a fan of Beretta until the freedom week :-). Funny how mags change everything. |

I installed a 92 "match hammer" item #C5L047 on their website and would not work in my 92fs. My gun is a 2019 Italian and have only added the D spring for upgrades. The hammer seemed ok in da/sa with the slide removed and also in da with the slide attached. In SA though with the slide attached the trigger pull would not release the hammer. I'm stumped and am thinking maybe this is a custom part and not meant for drop in.

Thought I would post an early spontaneous holiday pic. Pulled this one out of the safe for winter rotation. My 92A1. My first love, and favorite pistol to shoot. Out of my collection, my hand grip recognizes this the most. I'm still on my endless search for an M9A1 compact to pair with this. That or a PX4. (If anyone has any leads here in this thread let me know. The WTB section is a hot mess and posts get lost)
Only mods done to this was a #16 hammer spring and polished the inner face of the trigger bar. Does me good. Thats all thats needed in my opinion. These are already smooth shooting out the box. Lets see those holiday pics. "Don't let anyone tell you that Die Hard/Lethal Weapon movie marathons are not proper holiday movies." McClane/Riggs approved Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

She has a better home now...
Looks like the seller wasn't joshin', and she only had like <150rd through her, I could tell, as I scrubbed the carbon... Lubed her up well, and need to take her for a night on the town (AKA day at the range)... Disassembling Latch Release Button is the tightest I have ever dealt with, compared to the M9's I have had in my grubby paws. Last edited by the86d; 10-06-2021 at 2:40 AM.. |

I threw the titanium guide rod in, then the stainless arrived, so I swapped it.
Added the steel Beretta extended mag release, which is MUCH better too. Digging it. I MIGHT take her out this morning to run her through some testing, just in case, as she was used. |

Target Version of M9A1 by Alleghany Arms
Here's my M9A1 customized for target shooting by Alleghany Arms. It includes a KKM barrel with conical bushing, action work, LPA adjustable sights, VZ grips, and plastic parts replaced with steel. It's a nice shooter.

The Beretta Picture Thread
A shout out to fellow calguns berettafans who have fed the addiction along the way...
A PX4 compact in 40 from a fellow calgunner that now wears talon grips, carry g-levers, low profile hammer, and three dot night sights: A 96 Inox that needed some tlc from another calgunner now with skeletonized hammer, optimized transfer bar, WAL crown, and all inox or np3 parts: An old vertec from another calgunner refreshed with an elite ltt slide, WAL crown, and alumigrips. This one is still a work in progress with optimized trigger bar and match hammer on the way. Recently I just had my best 9mm performance with this vertec in this configuration, so might leave it as is for a little longer. And a mini cougar that I believe has been passed around a few members here now as DAO in .40S&W with low profile D-hammer: Last edited by Ruber; 01-01-2023 at 4:09 PM.. |

The full size storm has become my favorite 9 to shoot, as well as my HD choice.
Which is weird, because I bought it on a lark, and I think its ugliness is second only to the hipoint... An Eyetalian butterface, if you will. But, she fooks like a porn star.

Modified M9A1 w/ Sniper Grey LTT RDO slide and full NP3
Modified the frame, dehorned it pretty well. Opened up the magwell some more, undercut the trigger guard, rounded off that sharp edge. Rounded off the beaver tail some. Cerakoted in Elite Smoke, as the thought was that was the best match for the LTT Sniper Grey slide. Full LTT NP3 kit installed. Also picked up a cut and crowned barrel.
***Updated the pics to better show the true color of the grey slide and frame. The other ones I posted made it look black. This looks a little lighter than it actually is, but is a better representation of what it looks like. Last edited by symbology; 03-12-2023 at 5:04 PM.. |

Modified 92FS Centurion
Here is my modified Centurion. I rounded off the trigger guard, dehorned the frame. Undercut the trigger guard and beavertail, opened up the mag well. Added front and rear strap checkering. Installed an M9A4 slide and cerakoted some stock grips to match (as a test). Not sure what I am going to do for for a color combo on this.

Here is my Full Size PX4 with LTT TJIB and LTT Modified RDO Slide
Just added the LTT trigger, had LTT cut the slide for RDO and the Talon grips. This thing shoots really well. Amazing pistol for the price.
