I asked God to find me an Italian vanilla Beretta 92 Inox, and he did (within budget, too).

Default The Beretta Picture Thread

What a surprise to see this on the shelf.

Beretta really stepped up their game with these boxes. Had to get it, as this is a straight dust cover Inox made in Acck. Maryland.

Thank you Beretta for listening to your loyal customers.

I believe a standard Beretta 92FS has a fixed front sight. If I am not mistaken, you would need to have it cut off and milled to receive an aftermarket front sight.

Personally, I wouldn't do that. I love Beretta's, but I don't see them as a custom gun. Not that you couldn't do it, but the return on investment isn't there.

They function fine right out of the box and get better with age. Mine is super smooth after 10K rounds and still looks new, except for wear on the slide rails and locking block.

But hey, it is your money.

Hi Ya Erik,
Good job. And I agree that milling front sight wouldn’t be worth the investment.
Especially as I now see this gun as not one to use in tactical competition: decocker, manual safety and sights. It’s also not my go to for bullseye shooting. Nor do I need it for personal defense, neither at home or CCW.
Why do I even own it ? It was a gift. And I like it.
Much obliged, Max.

I recently picked up a 92 SB Compact Type M that I happened across it at a LGS. After holding it, I had to buy it.

Nice the all stainless ones. I could never find one for sale. I spent a fair bit of money tracking down all the stainless bits and pieces to get mine all Stainless.

New M9A3 black grips came in.

Feels about right, a bit thicker than factory plastic grips, not as thick as Italian Inox rubber grips, but more like the American Inox version with a rubber back strap texture.

Good for smaller hands like mine. I like the texture also. Grippy but not abrasive.

Thanks for the feeback. I'm between those and the "CoolHand" grips at half the price..
