Default Featureless grip options for AMD65 or Maadi Crutch Folder?

I've been making "bolt on" featureless grip plates similar to a kydex wrap but I have some wire stock AK builds (amd65 and massive w/ crutch folder stock) that I'm looking for ideas on how to cut or bend the fin to effectively prevent any thumb wrap around. The wire stocks can make it a little tricky without being completely hideous.

Anybody come up with anything they like?

A grip like that where the top line of the fin is level with the top of the grip can allow for what could be argued as a pistol like grip on the maadi because there's extra room. I'm working on something now. I'll post pics up in a bit.

you're not understanding the definition of a pistol grip correctly. The thumb can cross over, it just needs to be in an area above the imaginary line that's even with the top of the trigger. The RG wrap has a slope so a guy with large enough hands or long fingers might still be able to pull the trigger. Never handled one so I'm not sure if that's even possible, but I think that is what you are trying to argue. If you make the fin correctly it's a non-issue

I do understand but the issue is not the thumb crossing over, it's that when it does, the web is below the exposed trigger. I'm not really looking to discuss that issue. Regardless, I'm not interested in a grip made for right handed shooters but I appreciate any ideas. .
