Bipod Help

I noticed after folding the legs in the closed position, the legs touch the stock. They dont sit at a 0* but rather a -10* if you will. I store my rifle with the bipod on and I dont want the legs of the bipod to touch the stock when folded. I hope someone knows what Im talking about.

What type of bipod?? are the legs pointed forward??

Unknown bipod and legs face forward (towards the business end).

Sounds like loose screws on the legs allowing the bipod legs to sit at a different angle.
