Nope, no fitment issues at all. When I bought the gun it came with those grips, so I don't know if you have to buy grips specifically for the older models, but mine fits perfectly.

Default Sig P226 .40 S&W TacOps Model Differences

Can anyone tell me if there are any differences between the E26R-40-TACOPS and the 226R-40-TACOPS?

Thanks in advance!

Ugh my FFL is not able to get a damn Sig Pro in. And they dont make the .357 model anymore or are about to discontinued that particular caliber in it since its not popular. I'm hoping to pick up a Pro one of these days. I'd post my Sig but I'm computer impaired nowadays .

It seems I have not yet done this: top one from Herndon (an old German-proofed one from back about when I lived in neighboring Arlington), and a Stainless ST Nitron from Exeter - I got the second because one is none and two is one.

nice pictures Spodeley! I like how you did the lighting

I'm not a huge Sig guy, but here's my rather small collection of them.

Nice! Great thread!

Bought my P226 9mm in 1988 and a P232 .380 soon after graduation...Carried the 226, but sold the 232 Don't know what I was thinking...Picked up a P239 a last year in .357 Sig (Always wanted one!) and fell in love all over again...Some great collections on here...

When the kids are not around, I practice room to room sweep and point the gun w/ the M6 on the floor, flipping the switch only for a second will light up an entire room very well. The laser is a plus, just in case I really have to shoot in dark situations.

That's sweet. How much do you notice the extra weight on the front of the gun?
