SFV Chapter Monthly Shoot 12/20; 7PM-ish @ The Firing Line (Burbank)
 SFV Chapter Calgunners, This is the event that you have been waiting for all year. That's right, it's raffle time, and one luck Calgunner is going home with a certificate for a free standard GLOCK pistol of your choosing. You don't have to be present to win the gun, but it's a lot more fun if you are. As an added incentive for those in attendance will have some other prizes to giveaway, and for those you have to be present, and we'll pull tickets until we find a winner. We have a red dot from NC Star, A Cleaning Kit, Lubricants (not those kind sicko) UpLulas, T-Shirts, Hats, and we're working on getting a few other things to throw in the mix this week, so if you want to know you'll have to show. If you have a few been shooting the qualification courses for the NRA\Winchester Qualification Program, I have a few of the qualifications packets left, and will be bringing them with me the night of the event for those looking to pick them up. For this shoot there is no limit on attendees, if you show up, you get a raffle ticket in the pot. I look forward to finally getting all of this crap out of my office (I mean seeing and shooting with all of you) on Friday. - RoundEye * * * It's that time again. Join us at The Firing Line in Burbank (1060 North Lake Street, Burbank) for the NEXT SFV Chapter Monthly Shoot of 2013 which will be held on 12/20/2013 @ 7:00 PM. Please review the following details pertaining to the meet: Pistols - The occasional double tap is acceptable (but if it's get's out of line the privilege will be taken away), no holstered pistols, no drawing from a holster, no open carry (all standard indoor range safety rules apply) Rifles - The only permitted rifles must be of handgun caliber (9mm, .40, .357, 5.7mm, etc... are acceptable). ARs/AKs of the 22lr variant are also welcome. Shotguns - Unfortunately, given the size of the range (47ft), shotguns are NOT permitted. Cost - $10, stay and shoot as long as you want! *CalGunners get membership prices on ammo and rentals. ** Firing Line members are free to attend. REMINDER: - When you're there your actions represent the entire Calguns community. We should always take responsibility for our actions, and treat their facility with the utmost respect. As usual, we'll be able to utilize their training room to eat dinner, hangout, chit-chat, and purchase swag. In addition, as usual they will be reserving an entire side of the range for us, and depending on the turnout we may have to take turns and/or expand into the other range. We'll also be providing Costco pizza at 8:30 PM or so for anyone that is hungry and wants to eat. So, who's in?
