Hopefully it's like an AK mag release shroud, so it can be easily released like with an Ultimate Bullet Button Tool attached to a mag.

I'm not keen on the mini pry bar / bottle cap opener tool method of Raddlock's tool.

But if the laws keep on going as is, there will need to be a method of opening the action to release mags, which won't be as easy as doing it with an AR-15.

It is a shroud, and I'll have pics up today (I HOPE).

Let's not worry about open actions until it's time for that. LOL

YES! Awesome. A shroud is so much better than a bottle cap opener tool on the mag catch.

Makes me want to get UBB Tools to install on my mags now. I like how using a UBB on a mag with the AK BB shroud style is so much faster and easier than with an AR-15 BB.

Or like the Solar Tactical Tool in this video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvW6yNfI5HA

Probably won't be able to reload quite as smoothly as with an AK with Bullet Button, but it should be better than using a bottle cap opener tool.

Looking forward to seeing details on the Prince 50 Tavor Bullet Button. Thanks.

DONE!

PICS to follow shortly. Muzzle brake is installed too! I added a hole in the forward wall to allow the use of the mag mounted UBB.

Bullet works great as the tool, and it can push from the front or cam from the bottom. TAVOR Kicks the magazine out which is BAD*****!

Easiest BB to use.

Is it not possible to have the slot meet the hole? would be easier to swipe backwards with a tool.

Does that shroud do anything like a flashhider or compensator or does it just extend the barrel? If not, can you make one that actually does something than extend?

Muzzle extension is a flash hider. Okay effective too!

The slot cannot extend to the hole, weakens the part, and it can be pried off the gun in theory. If DOJ can do it, you can get in trouble.

It works sweet!

Button will be available as a separate item.

Will there be a 4" flash hider for the 18" barrel model?

Dealers have been shipped.

The brake is one length. I will look into a shorter unit to satisfy the 18 inch without extra length.

Retail price is less than $60 for the button alone.

Which dealers have them? I checked RifleGear and OC Armory both don't have it.

Call both, and they can get them for you. Riflegear has them in stock.

OC can order them, but I am not sure that they have done so yet. Do you need the extended FH?

I bought a Tavor bullet button at North County Firearms. I was able to get it installed on my Tavor, however, one of the holes on the shroud is drilled too small for the set screw.

It seems to work fine with only using 2 of the large set screws and the one small set screw.

What size drill bit should I use to get the 3rd set screw to fit?

Does installation require drilling into the plastic of the Tavor's stock ? ?

Doesn't the shroud just thread on? Or are you talking about the maglock?

The shroud and the maglock are different names for the bullet button. I think you are talking about the barrel extension just threading on.

I was asking if you need to drill into the Tavor's plastic in order to install the bullet button shroud which I think comes with four threaded pins/screws. Or if the holes in the Tavor's plastic stock already line up to the holes in the bullet button shroud.

Then my next question is if screwing in the bullet button's threaded pins will "bite" into the plastic or do the thread in the pins catch/engage into each other or a different metal piece.

The screws thread into the shroud, NOT the rifle. The screws go into pre-existing holes on the Tavor. The holes around the trigger area are used to index the screws.
