Legal Parts in California
First of all, I'm not here to promote my company, just to get answers to confirm that I can ship AR15 parts to residents in the state of California. As any business we hate to miss out on sales, but more importantly we do not want to exclude residents of anti-2A states from having access to firearms.
1. Can I ship complete AR15 uppers to CA? 2. Can I ship Full Auto Bolt Carriers to CA? 3. Can I ship barrels less than 16" to CA. 4. Are there any restrictions on lower parts kits? I'm sorry if this has been discussed previously, but I did not find a thread on this subject in the FFL forum. |

I'm not an FFL.
You can ship any part, which doesn't require an FFL by federal law, to any customer in CA. In a few narrow circumstances this can be a problem for the buyer/importer, but there is no grief for the out of state seller/business. |

2. Yes 3. Yes 4. No. Unless, the lower parts kits contain full-auto parts (hammer, trigger, selector, etc), then it can only be shipped to a FFL/SOT. |
