Group Buy Participants -

I have a feeler/interest thread going on over here, to see who would be interested in anodizing their non-anodized/bare/white lowers purchased in this group buy after machining them from 80%'s into firearms at the March Build Party.

Until now, our only choices have been to either: (1) get non-anodized (also known as 'bare' or 'white') lowers and attempt to find anodizing on our own, or (2) machine an already-anodized lower and live with the machined areas being non-anodized. The purpose of this thread is to offer a third option.

This option is as follows: Buy non-anodized/bare/white lowers from QD in this January group buy, machine them at the March Build Party, then anodize them shortly thereafter. In my thread I am aggregating people who are interested in this option, so I will have numbers with which to approach anodizers, in order to get accurate quotes.

To summarize, IF you are interested in perhaps getting white lowers from this group buy (you may be ordering anodized lowers now, but might change your order if this service is offered), machining them at the March build party, then getting them anodized afterward, please go to this thread and post your quantities there.

Do NOT change your order here unless (and until) I have a firm commitment and quote from a local anodizer, which will include a date and a price per unit. I will let you know when the anodizing is on, and when it is okay to change your order.
