Thank you. Its a Kimber Warrior II rocking a Surefire X300 Ultra-B. Only mods I did was added a Wilson Combat titanium firing pin and recoil spring plug. Future mods will be a Dawson Precision tool less guide rod.

Well you can't get them like that anymore but.....laws aside maybe like $2k+ with all the accessories. Not for the HK but the PTR clone version.

PTR91 A3S with PA 2.5x prism scope (trigger missing, was off for trigger job):

Same with red-dot (shows ambi-safety I made using an AR ambi one):

Glad I made the purchase. A .308 battle rifle was missing from my inventory.

MarkL,

I need one too so I took the plunge. I haven't fired it yet, but I've wanted one since I fired an HK91 way back when.

shaocaholica - what kind of a scope is on your PTR-91? Need to find something that would fit mine.

If yours has a welded rail, most scopes will fit if you get the right height rings and/or remove the rear sight to get a lower cheek weld.

The scope I have on mine is the Primary Arms 4-14x ACSS HUD DMR .308/.223 Reticle. It's the only high power scope from PA that has proper .308 bullet drop. I wouldn't bother putting expensive glass on the PTR. It's a dressed up battle rifle.

My 308s are full auto only.
Both are available for rent on a private 10 acre course outside Phoenix. Shoot from a tripod, walk/run the course with them, or reach out from 900-1250 yards and blow up some tannerite.

Also watch out for scopes that are too long and get in the way of the charging handle.

That was why I was asking. I've been looking for something the would clear the charging handle.

Thanks again.

That would definitely qualify as featureless. Never seen an AR like that before.
