Default Front sight Co-op conversion

I'm getting about a dozen emails a day about this new co-op conversion. I don't understand. What is this. Can someone explain this?

It is a way giving a value to virtually everything in your account so it can be converted into a COOP Real Estate Transaction if you choose.

Thank you for you reply but can you expand on your definition. Everything always seems like an upsell. Does this mean I am taking on any liability?

I could be wrong but I think the COOP Real Estate Transaction is another way to say a Time Share.

I think Iggy wants you to trade away some of the prior benefits you paid for in exchange for points you can use toward a time share sometime in the future.

Could be a great deal for some not so much for others depending on what benefits you currently have and want VS how badly you want to have a time share at FS at some undisclosed time in the future.

it's not about the time share or any other real estate transaction. It is about buying stock / ownership in FS at some point in the future. Trading in your points for shares. The reason to trade now is that all dollars in your account are going to be converted into points. There may not be a way to trade your TBD memberships or training certs into points at the same value. Thus if this is going to happen in the future and you are going to be forced into the conversion, you may as well do it early and get the most value for your assets.

This assumes you don't want to try and give or sell your TBD memberships or certificates to other folks.
